This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete recruiting process for high-volume field positions, from requisition intake to offer acceptance.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and regional leadership to comprehend staffing requirements, role specifications, and hiring priorities.
• Identify, screen, and evaluate candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
• Manage candidate pipelines to maintain a steady flow and readiness for hiring demands.
• Collect and summarize interview feedback, consulting with hiring teams on selection decisions and subsequent steps.
• Provide a consistent, clear, and timely candidate experience throughout each phase of the process.
• Ensure all candidates receive communication and follow-up, regardless of the outcome.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for candidates, clearly and professionally setting expectations.
• Accurately manage candidate data and activities within the ATS and associated systems.
• Adhere to standardized recruiting processes while identifying opportunities for increasing efficiency and improvement.
• Stay informed about recruiting trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance recruiting results.
• Take responsibility for hiring outcomes, timelines, and the quality of hires within assigned business sectors.
• Assist with hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach initiatives as needed.
• Contribute to a collaborative Talent Acquisition team environment focused on results, continuous improvement, and shared success.
• Must have served at least 180 days on active duty.
• Must be within 180 days of separation or retirement.
• Must have received written authorization and approval from the Unit Commander (first O-4/Field Grade commander in chain of command) to participate in the DoD SkillBridge Program prior to the start of the internship.
• Strong interpersonal skills to establish effective relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, emphasizing clarity and professionalism.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, possessing strong time management abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
