Field Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee the project plan, ensuring effective resource allocation and scheduling. Guarantee that all project tasks are completed punctually and within budget constraints.

• Work in partnership with the Commercial Manager to monitor project budgets and manage necessary change orders.

• Actively identify potential risks and implement strategies to ensure seamless project delivery.

• Serve as the main point of contact for key stakeholders, maintaining regular communication and reporting.

• Lead project teams by promoting a collaborative and safety-focused environment while ensuring adherence to all safety protocols.

• Utilize project management methodologies (such as PRINCE2 and PPM) to guarantee that projects meet global standards.

• Cultivate strong relationships with clients to ensure that communications and project outcomes positively represent the PAC Group brand.

• Efficiently manage project risks and issues, providing timely solutions and escalating concerns when necessary.

• Ensure all team members observe safety policies and receive the essential training before the project's initiation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or a related discipline).

• 3-5 years of project management experience in installation projects within the manufacturing sector.

• Experience with Racking and Conveyance installations is REQUIRED.

• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Preferred Certifications: CSCS Card, SMSTS, NA-OSHA 30, PPM/PRINCE2, PMP.

• Six Sigma/Lean Six Sigma certification.

• Skilled in project and construction management methodologies.

• Ability to interpret technical plans and specifications accurately.

• Strong client-facing abilities, with experience in engaging senior-level representatives.

• Proven resilience and crisis management skills.

• Excellent leadership and communication capabilities.
