This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate technical discovery sessions to gain insights into customer security environments, identify gaps, and gather requirements.
• Act as a reliable technical advisor throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries related to architecture, scoping, and security operations.
• Create solution proposals that align services (MDR, SOC, SIEM, EDR, Advisory Services, and more) with the security posture needs of customers.
• Enhance the channel ecosystem through collaborative sales calls, technical workshops, and co-selling activities.
• Educate partner sales technical teams on solution positioning and differentiation strategies.
• Develop and maintain technical enablement resources, such as battle cards and scripts for the partner ecosystem.
• Serve as the technical point of contact between partners and internal advisory and operations teams.
• Collaborate closely with account executives and channel managers to progress opportunities and develop deal strategies.
• Ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales to onboarding and service delivery.
• Provide accurate and persuasive technical content in response to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales engineering, solutions architect, or pre-sales role within an MSSP, MDR provider, or cybersecurity vendor.
• Comprehensive knowledge of security operations, including SOC workflows, threat detection and response, SIEM, EDR/XDR, and managed security service delivery models.
• Proven experience in supporting both direct sales and channel/partner sales efforts.
• Capability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical practitioners and business leaders.
• Experience in responding to RFPs and leading proof-of-concept engagements.
• Familiarity with the channel ecosystem (VARs, distributors, MDF, co-sell programs) is highly preferred.
• Relevant certifications are a plus (e.g., Security+, CISSP, or vendor-specific certifications like SentinelOne, CrowdStrike, or Microsoft Security).
