šŸ“‹ Description

• Partner Marketing (70%)

• You will assist in creating and implementing Fingerprint’s partner marketing program from inception, focusing on a select group of strategic OEM and ecosystem partners, while developing scalable frameworks, workflows, and enablement processes for sustainable growth in collaboration with the Partner Manager.

• Formulate and execute joint GTM strategies with a prioritized group of OEM partners each quarter, in alignment with business objectives and team resources.

• Establish and maintain a partner resource hub that includes brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, enablement materials, FAQs, campaign assets, and collateral for partner use.

• Design and oversee partner marketing outputs such as launch kits, solution briefs, case studies, campaign-in-a-box materials, webinars, blog content, and co-marketing resources.

• Create scalable operational frameworks, templates, workflows, and enablement strategies to foster the long-term development of the Partner Marketing function.

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Partnerships, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Field Marketing to align partner GTM objectives, event planning, pipeline targets, and activation strategies.

• Work in conjunction with the Partner team to ensure alignment on partner priorities, co-selling opportunities, pipeline status, and strategic endeavors.

• Aid in operationalizing Fingerprint’s AWS Marketplace presence, encompassing marketplace listings, co-sell readiness, MDF coordination, and GTM collaboration with AWS and internal teams.

• Assist in unlocking and distributing MDF funds as they become accessible.

• Help to enhance Fingerprint’s visibility across partner marketplaces, integration directories, and ecosystem listings, ensuring all content is up-to-date, engaging, and aligned with branding.

• Assist in planning and coordinating partner enablement sessions in collaboration with Sales Enablement and Revenue teams.

• Monitor and report on partner marketing KPIs, including influenced pipeline, sourced opportunities, launched co-marketing campaigns, partner engagement, and activation metrics.

• Contribute to laying the foundation for broader Integration Partner and ecosystem marketing expansion in anticipation of future growth initiatives.

• Field Marketing (30%)

• As part of the broader Field & Events organization, you will play a role in pipeline-driving field programs, hosted experiences, executive engagement activities, and strategic event execution.

• Assist in the execution of regional field events related to ABM and enterprise pipeline generation strategies, including executive dinners, roundtables, hosted experiences, and partner-enabled events.

• Support onsite logistics, vendor coordination, attendee management, and operational execution across conferences, activations, and hosted programs.

• Help track and report on event ROI, pipeline influence, sourced opportunities, and engagement metrics.

• Contribute to pre-event and post-event communications, executive outreach, attendee experience, and follow-up coordination.

• Collaborate across functions with Marketing, Revenue, and Executive Leadership teams to ensure event alignment with broader GTM priorities.


ā›³ļø Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a focus on partner marketing, alliance marketing, ecosystem marketing, channel marketing, and/or field marketing.

• Proven experience in developing or supporting partner co-marketing initiatives, including joint campaigns, enablement content, partner events, marketplace listings, MDF programs, and GTM launches.

• Knowledge of OEM, integration, cloud, or technology partner ecosystems; experience with AWS partner programs is strongly preferred.

• Practical familiarity with AWS Marketplace programs, MDF processes, co-selling strategies, and partner ecosystem operations is highly desirable.

• Experience in supporting field marketing initiatives, including executive events, ABM activations, conferences, and regional demand generation efforts.

• Excellent project management and operational abilities, with the capacity to oversee multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables concurrently.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of creating partner-facing collateral, internal enablement documents, presentations, and executive communications.

• Comfortable working collaboratively across Sales, Partnerships, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Executive Leadership.

• Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking performance metrics, pipeline impact, and campaign effectiveness.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities and a high degree of autonomy.

• Willingness to travel for events, partner meetings, and strategic programs (approximately 20–30%).
