This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Transform new account requirements into an actionable operational plan, including layout, staffing, workflows, and service standards.

• Oversee the on-site setup, training, and initial weeks of live operations in collaboration with the local team.

• Collaborate with sales, logistics, and location operations to ensure that what was sold is executed as planned.

• Travel to Saltbox markets to lead launches, operational resets, and critical initiatives.

• Diagnose operational discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions for the local team post-departure.

• Partner with Market Leaders and Location Managers on execution: you provide the playbook, they manage the site.

• Develop the SOPs, playbooks, and operational standards that convert one market's success into a standard across all markets.

• Design and deliver training programs that certify field teams on new processes and initiatives.

• Maintain a centralized source of truth for operational standards and eliminate outdated versions to prevent drift.

• Mentor Member Specialist Leads and Location Managers through new programs until they can operate them autonomously.

• Conclude every engagement with a designated local owner and a documented handoff.

• Utilize operational data to prioritize fixes and assess their effectiveness.

• Monitor adoption and results for every program you implement, and take early action when metrics decline.

• Report on the progress of launches and resets on a schedule that allows leadership to plan effectively.
