This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.
• Transform new account requirements into an actionable operational plan, including layout, staffing, workflows, and service standards.
• Oversee the on-site setup, training, and initial weeks of live operations in collaboration with the local team.
• Collaborate with sales, logistics, and location operations to ensure that what was sold is executed as planned.
• Transfer ownership to the local team once the account is stable, then confirm that the transition is effective.
• Travel to Saltbox markets to lead launches, operational resets, and critical initiatives.
• Diagnose operational discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions for the local team post-departure.
• Partner with Market Leaders and Location Managers on execution: you provide the playbook, they manage the site.
• Develop the SOPs, playbooks, and operational standards that convert one market's success into a standard across all markets.
• Design and deliver training programs that certify field teams on new processes and initiatives.
• Maintain a centralized source of truth for operational standards and eliminate outdated versions to prevent drift.
• Mentor Member Specialist Leads and Location Managers through new programs until they can operate them autonomously.
• Establish train-the-trainer capabilities in each market to ensure adoption does not rely on your presence.
• Conclude every engagement with a designated local owner and a documented handoff.
• Utilize operational data to prioritize fixes and assess their effectiveness.
• Monitor adoption and results for every program you implement, and take early action when metrics decline.
• Report on the progress of launches and resets on a schedule that allows leadership to plan effectively.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in operations, logistics, warehousing, fulfillment, implementation, or multi-site operations.
• Daily utilization of AI and experience in integrating it into your team's operations, workflows, drafts, and recurring summaries; specifics are important.
• Strong skills in process improvement and project management: capable of mapping processes, identifying waste, and reconstructing them.
• Proficient in converting business requirements into actionable operational plans.
• Excellent communication and training abilities: adept at aligning a team without needing a presentation deck.
• Comfortable exerting influence without direct authority.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel about 50%, based in Los Angeles, the Washington DC metro area, the Atlanta metro area, or the Phoenix region.
