
Field Operations Coordinator – Veterinary Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Coordinates and facilitates communication with centralized functions to ensure seamless field operations.
• Oversees logistical needs to maintain operational excellence, including communications, meeting management, the organization of supporting documents, and tracking of initiatives.
• Collaborates with Corporate Affairs and Field Operations to ensure that support documentation is effectively created to meet the needs of Field Associates.
• Aids program management for Field Operations by developing and overseeing Smartsheets/spreadsheets and providing tracking for Field Ops initiatives.
• Generates spreadsheets and reports that assist in operational planning and execution (e.g., training, workforce planning, CapEx planning).
• Collects and consolidates requests and materials from the Support Office.
• Supports the onboarding process for new field leaders, ensuring they have the operational resources and tools required for success.
• Keeps email lists, contact information, and organization charts for the Field up to date.
• Edits and verifies accuracy on SharePoint pages.
• Processes invoices as necessary.
• Performs other job duties as assigned.
• An Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field is required.
• 2-4 years of experience in operations coordination, program coordination, or administrative support is required.
• Certification in Project Management is preferred.
• Must possess critical thinking skills and decisive judgment.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Experience in supporting field-based teams, multi-site operations, or regional teams is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Outlook, and virtual meeting platforms (Teams/Zoom) is necessary.
• Experience in data extraction and compilation, including the use of Smartsheet and OneDrive.
• Familiarity with creating, editing, and maintaining SharePoint sites is required.
• Experience in a healthcare, veterinary, or medical operations environment is preferred.
