Field Operations Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Perform vehicle assessments, documenting inspections of the engine, transmission, interior, and exterior through OPENLANE's mobile application.

• Collaborate with dealerships to ensure compliance with OPENLANE standards and guidelines for vehicle inspections.

• Provide precise and comprehensive inspection reports via the designated platform.

• Support marketing initiatives by distributing flyers and promotional materials to purchasing dealers.

• Foster strong communication and collaboration with both internal teams and dealerships.

• Work in conjunction with the Regional Operations Manager, sales team, and operations team to facilitate effective communication and workflow.

• Act as a liaison among sales, operations, and dealerships, cultivating and sustaining positive relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of automotive experience as a vehicle mechanic or a similar mechanical background.

• A valid driver's license and the capability to operate a motor vehicle.

• Proficiency in technology, including the electronic submission of inspection reports.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under varying weather conditions.

• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

• Previous customer service experience is desirable.

• Availability to work Tuesday through Saturday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST.
