Field Operations Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Execute thorough vehicle assessments, recording inspections of the engine, transmission, interior, and exterior using OPENLANE's mobile application.

• Collaborate with dealerships to ensure compliance with OPENLANE standards and protocols for vehicle inspections.

• Provide precise and comprehensive inspection reports via the designated platform.

• Support marketing initiatives by distributing flyers and promotional materials to purchasing dealers.

• Foster strong communication and collaboration with both internal teams and dealerships.

• Act as a liaison among sales, operations, and dealerships.

• Work alongside the Regional Operations Manager, sales team, and operations team to guarantee seamless communication and workflow.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of automotive experience as a vehicle mechanic or a similar mechanical background.

• Possession of a valid driver's license and capability to operate a motor vehicle.

• Competence in using technology, including the electronic submission of inspection reports.

• Keen attention to detail and adaptability to work in various weather conditions.

• Outstanding organizational and communication abilities.

• Prior customer service experience is a plus.
