Field Operations Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Perform vehicle assessments by documenting inspections of the engine, transmission, interior, and exterior using OPENLANE's mobile application.

• Collaborate with dealerships to ensure compliance with OPENLANE's standards and guidelines for vehicle inspections.

• Accurately submit detailed inspection reports through the specified platform.

• Support marketing initiatives by distributing flyers and promotional materials to potential buying dealers.

• Foster strong communication and collaboration with both internal teams and dealerships.

• Work alongside the Regional Operations Manager, sales team, and operations team to facilitate efficient communication and workflow.

• Act as a liaison between sales, operations, and dealerships, cultivating and sustaining positive relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in the automotive field as a vehicle mechanic or a similar mechanical background.

• Possession of a valid driver's license and the ability to operate a motor vehicle.

• Proficient in utilizing technology, including the electronic submission of inspection reports.

• Strong attention to detail with the capability to work in diverse weather conditions.

• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

• Previous customer service experience is a plus.

• The ideal candidate should reside in or near Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, or Mid-City, CA.
