• Certification for working at heights, along with a comprehensive understanding of fall protection equipment; this is preferred but not mandatory.
• A reliable smartphone with basic proficiency in its use and the ability to take fundamental measurements.
• Exceptional organizational and coordination abilities with the capacity to handle multiple tasks at once.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers, field technicians, and service partners.
• A positive outlook and a service-oriented mindset.
• A strong work ethic and a commitment to personal standards, along with respect for others.
• Comfortable working autonomously and making real-time decisions.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
• Physically capable of climbing over 40ft bins and lifting weights exceeding 50lbs.
