Field Network Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Execute daily operations utilizing the WFM device to manage service and installation cases.

• Receive and process service and installation cases.

• Update ETA details adhering to established ETA guidelines.

• Record times using WFM timer functionalities for Shop, Travel, Onsite, Repair, and Audit.

• Create and modify Parts Requests as necessary.

• Close and update cases including any changes to Assets.

• Conduct Asset Inventory at client sites as needed during installations.

• Carry out hardware installations.

• Follow quality procedures.

• Interface with clients effectively.
