This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Implement field marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing lead generation and accelerating the pipeline, which include both physical and digital events, webinars, outbound prospecting campaigns, and account-based marketing efforts across ANZ.

• Collaborate closely with the ANZ sales team to grasp pipeline requirements, collect field insights, and ensure that marketing initiatives align with sales priorities and customer demographics.

• Customize and adapt global and regional campaign messaging, content, and assets specifically for the ANZ market, guaranteeing relevance for audiences in Australia and New Zealand.

• Organize and execute in-person events from start to finish — including venue selection, agency coordination, attendee registration, content creation, food and beverage logistics, and post-event lead follow-up.

• Initiate and oversee integrated digital campaigns across various channels such as email, social media, paid media (including display and search), and paid advertorials in collaboration with the APJ Campaign Marketing and Digital Marketing teams.

• Assist in account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives, partnering with sales and marketing operations to target key accounts with bespoke content and campaigns.

• Work in conjunction with the SDR/BDR team to ensure seamless lead transitions, follow-up coordination, and feedback loops that enhance the quality and conversion rates of marketing-generated leads.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of campaigns and programs using CRM and BI tools, providing regular updates to the Field Marketing Director and key stakeholders regarding ANZ marketing outcomes, insights, and successes.

• Partner with marketing operations to manage and enhance marketing automation workflows while ensuring precise data collection and lead routing within Salesforce and Marketo.

• Oversee third-party vendors and agencies to facilitate event execution, content creation, and media placements, ensuring that deliverables are completed on schedule, within budget, and consistent with brand standards.

• Contribute to planning documents by drafting clear and concise project plans, campaign briefs, and post-event reports to keep stakeholders aligned and informed.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B field marketing, demand generation, or marketing communications, with a proven history of executing programs in the ANZ market.

• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute demand creation activities — including events, digital campaigns, and ABM programs — that generate pipeline and lead generation results.

• Practical experience collaborating closely with a sales organization and/or SDR/BDR team to align marketing efforts with revenue objectives.

• Experience in planning and delivering both in-person and virtual events, encompassing agency management, venue selection, logistics, and post-event follow-up.

• Proficiency in marketing automation tools, especially Marketo, and CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.

• Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau or Looker for analyzing and reporting on campaign performance.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the capability to create clear campaign briefs, project plans, and reports for stakeholders.

• Competence in managing multiple projects and deadlines concurrently with a high level of organization and attention to detail.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across both internal and external teams in a decentralized, cross-functional environment.

• Willingness to travel up to 30% within ANZ and occasionally within the APJ region.
