This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with the Director of Global Field Marketing on quarterly strategies and work alongside the Field Marketing Manager to implement integrated marketing initiatives, regional programs, and field events.
• Investigate venues, sponsorships, event formats, and promotional possibilities, offering recommendations that align with business objectives and budget constraints.
• Assist in creating program briefs, timelines, budgets, and project plans for field marketing activities.
• Oversee the complete execution of field marketing programs, which include industry conferences, executive dinners, partner events, regional initiatives, roadshows, webinars, and virtual experiences.
• Develop and maintain project plans, workback schedules, timelines, and communications with stakeholders.
• Manage event logistics, such as vendors, venues, speakers, registration, booth setup, shipping, promotional materials, collateral, AV, and on-site execution.
• Coordinate campaign deliverables and timelines with the Field Marketing Manager.
• Collaborate with Sales and BDRs on target account lists, invitations, attendee engagement, and follow-up activities before and after events.
• Work with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, Customer Success, and Partner teams to ensure campaign alignment, message consistency, and timely marketing asset delivery.
• Keep event, campaign, and attendee data updated in Salesforce, HubSpot, Monday.com, and event management platforms.
• Monitor registrations, attendance, program expenditures, and pipeline performance; prepare post-event reports and identify enhancement opportunities.
• Manage event budgets, process invoices, and assist with budget tracking and reporting.
• Contribute to process improvements, templates, and best practices to enhance the efficiency and scalability of field marketing efforts.
• Travel approximately 30% of the time, supporting at least two field marketing events each quarter.
• 3–5 years of B2B field or event marketing experience with a proven track record in execution and project management.
• Experience in a rapidly growing environment as part of a scaling marketing team.
• Ability to adapt and thrive amidst constant change.
• Outstanding organizational skills and project management capabilities across multiple programs, timelines, and vendors.
• Hands-on experience in executing events from start to finish.
• Strong coordination and communication skills with sales and cross-functional teams.
• Confidence in speaking and presenting to cross-functional groups.
• Understanding of how field programs contribute to pipeline growth and the ability to track results.
• Familiarity with event and marketing technologies, including Salesforce, HubSpot, event platforms, and AI tools.
• Willingness to travel around 30% and lead on-site execution.
• 3–5 years of marketing experience with a focus on events, field marketing, and program/project management.
• Prior experience in end-to-end event execution and project management is essential.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Preferred qualifications include experience in cybersecurity, B2B SaaS, or technology; larger industry trade shows and executive-level programs; ABM and intent data such as 6sense; partner or channel co-marketing; familiarity with Monday.com and AI tools; experience in high-growth SaaS environments.
