This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement event logistics and program operations according to the strategies established by field marketing managers.
• Create and manage event landing pages, registration processes, communications, and supplementary materials.
• Oversee task coordination and timelines across field marketing, SDRs, field sales, and external collaborators.
• Ensure event data, project documentation, and status updates are accurate and current.
• Assist with the coordination of swag and promotional vendors to guarantee materials are delivered on time and to the correct locations.
• Provide dependable on-site support for regional programs, trade shows, and other events.
• Proactively ask clarifying questions, identify potential gaps, and ensure progress towards deadlines.
• Quickly incorporate feedback and work towards independently managing logistics tasks without requiring manager oversight.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing or events within the B2B technology sector, or relevant transferable experience in a go-to-market or administrative capacity.
• Experience in supporting events on-site and coordinating the necessary details for successful execution.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and maintaining precise data and records.
• Familiarity with event registration platforms such as Splash or Bizzabo.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and project coordination abilities.
• Strong communication skills and the capability to meet deadlines while working remotely.
• Willingness to accept coaching and guidance, with a proven record of quickly implementing feedback.
• Experience with smaller regional programs, trade shows, promotional vendors, or in the DevOps field is advantageous.
• Must be able to confirm identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
