This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate local awareness and encourage the adoption of Coloplast products by executing and implementing Coloplast Marketing Programs.
• Enhance patient awareness, education, and navigation through the patient journey within designated strategic accounts.
• Collaborate with strategic accounts and ancillary personnel to embrace and execute Coloplast Programs.
• Gain understanding of specified target account lists in conjunction with Therapy Development Specialists.
• Supervise the adoption, implementation, site activation, and continuous follow-up for selected marketing programs.
• Educate target account and ancillary support teams on program roles, logistics, call patterns, incoming call support, call transfers, surgery scheduling assistance, insurance verification, and other services offered.
• Monitor and report standardized program metrics to the Marketing department.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and key practice or office personnel.
• Act as a Marketing ambassador within the designated area or region.
• Support the launch of local products, trade shows, and other engagement events for healthcare professionals.
• Aid in the development of marketing materials for program launches.
• Evaluate new program materials and provide constructive feedback to the Marketing team.
• Collect and communicate customer insights to the Marketing and Sales teams.
• Utilize analytics and strategies for accounts based on marketing data and metrics.
• Travel to meet and train healthcare professionals and customer representatives.
• Adhere to relevant laws, regulations, the AdvaMed Code of Ethics, and company policies.
• Bachelor's degree (BA or BS).
• Over 3 years of experience in medical technology with a track record of success.
• Entry-level skills in field marketing.
• Skills in reporting, strategic planning, and project management at account, regional, and national levels.
• Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities.
• Awareness of current and emerging trends, technologies, competitors, and markets in the healthcare industry.
• A proactive, high-performance, and results-driven mindset.

• Willingness and capability to travel 40–50% of the time.
