This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Develop and implement integrated field and digital marketing initiatives across the APJ region, which include events, webinars, and campaigns for demand generation.
• Oversee the complete execution of regional events (both virtual and in-person), managing logistics, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Foster pipeline growth by working closely with sales, BDR, and channel teams to expedite deal cycles.
• Take ownership of and implement ABM and segment-based campaigns aimed at strategic accounts in partnership with global teams.
• Customize and launch multi-channel digital campaigns (including email, paid media, and webinars) to cultivate qualified demand.
• Manage the regional digital footprint, encompassing localized landing pages, social media, and gated content.
• Monitor, analyze, and enhance campaign and funnel performance (from MQL to SQL to pipeline), providing actionable insights.
• Utilize MDF and partner resources to create and execute collaborative go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate with product marketing to adapt global messaging and tailor content for regional significance.
• Assist sales enablement with targeted materials, content, and messaging that align with key personas.
• Administer the regional marketing calendar to ensure coherence between digital and field activities.
• Work together with media/PR teams and external vendors to amplify campaigns and guarantee high-quality execution.
• 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, specifically in a field marketing capacity.
• Experience in the cybersecurity/IT sector is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage events, drive regional demand, and support pipeline expansion.
• Self-motivated individual with a "get-it-done" attitude, thriving in remote and independent work environments.
• Proficient in Salesforce, Marketo (or comparable marketing automation platforms), and event management tools.
• Capability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, and global demand generation teams.
• Strong content sensibility with the ability to adjust messaging for local relevance.
