Field Marketing Manager/Senior Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist in the creation and implementation of field marketing strategies, which include managing events, webinars, virtual event assistance, and communications with partners and customers.

• Oversee the logistics and execution of webinars for marketing, alliances, and customer success teams.

• Collaborate with internal departments such as product marketing, creative services, content, product, communications, and digital teams to coordinate various components of field marketing programs.

• Aid in the creation and refinement of marketing materials, including social media posts, videos, corporate templates, and other program assets. Adapt existing content for both internal and external audiences.

• Contribute to the implementation and enhancement of outreach initiatives aimed at engaging both current and potential customers through platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, Google AdWords, and others.

• Assist in organizing and managing Veeva virtual and industry events, which includes logistics, both internal and external communications, event app management, and reporting.

• Support the preparation of weekly and monthly marketing program reports and metrics using tools like Marketo and CRM systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of marketing experience in the B2B SaaS or technology sector.

• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and projects effectively.

• Outstanding communication, writing, and organizational abilities.

• Highly organized with a strong emphasis on detail.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Workspace applications.

• Skilled in delivering content through social media platforms such as LinkedIn.
