This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Oversee designated regions and foster client relationships to enhance program visibility and brand recognition.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to specific territories to boost program visibility and member participation.
• Evaluate and report essential data to inform strategic choices regarding marketing initiatives and program education.
• Manage the complete execution of programs, including the receipt of materials, accuracy of placement, and necessary photographic documentation.
• Deliver educational presentations both virtually and onsite for managers and staff.
• A Bachelor’s degree or at least 3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A valid driver’s license and the capacity to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the year (26+ weeks), which includes overnight, multi-state, and occasional international trips.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and writing skills, with the ability to deliver engaging onsite and virtual presentations confidently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to recognize opportunities for enhancing program awareness.
