Field Marketing Manager – Senior Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement field marketing strategies, collaborating with key stakeholders to establish goals, strategies, content, tactics, and KPIs for the year.

• Plan and manage both virtual and in-person events, overseeing all stages from planning and preparation to execution and reporting.

• Create integrated marketing campaigns that leverage various channels, content types, and tactics, including email marketing (Marketo), social media, digital advertising, and sales enablement.

• Collaborate with internal departments such as product marketing, creative services, content, product, communications, and digital teams to deliver field marketing initiatives for both customers and prospects.

• Assist in the execution and enhancement of outreach programs aimed at engaging current and potential customers, utilizing platforms like LinkedIn, media publications, and other channels.

• Help coordinate the annual Veeva Summit, handling logistics, customer communities, internal and external communications, event app management, and reporting.

• Take ownership of the weekly and monthly marketing program reporting and metrics for your area, using data to inform decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant B2B marketing experience (5+ years for Senior Manager level).

• Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple stakeholders, priorities, and projects simultaneously.

• Outstanding communication, writing, and organizational abilities.

• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.

• Proficient in delivering content through social media platforms like LinkedIn.
