Field Marketing Manager – Senior Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Assist in the creation and implementation of field marketing strategies, including the execution of events and webinars, virtual event assistance, and communications with partners and customers.

• Oversee the logistics and execution of webinars for the marketing, alliances, and customer success teams.

• Collaborate with internal departments such as product marketing, creative services, content, product, communications, and digital teams to manage components of the field marketing program.

• Support the creation and editing of marketing materials, including social media posts, videos, corporate templates, and other program resources. Adapt existing content for both internal and external applications.

• Assist in executing and optimizing outreach initiatives to engage both current and potential customers by utilizing LinkedIn, YouTube, Google AdWords, and various other platforms.

• Help with the organization and coordination of Veeva virtual and industry events, which includes logistics, internal and external communication, event app management, and reporting.

• Aid in weekly and monthly marketing program reporting and metrics (Marketo, CRM, etc.).

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of marketing experience in the B2B SaaS or technology sector.

• Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple stakeholders, priorities, and projects efficiently.

• Outstanding communication, writing, and organizational abilities.

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Workspace applications.

• Experienced in delivering content through social media platforms such as LinkedIn.
