
Field Marketing Manager – OH Valley

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Plan, oversee, and implement field marketing initiatives throughout the Central region, including customer events, executive programs, conferences, sponsorships, and partner interactions.
• Create regional marketing strategies that align with revenue targets and overall company objectives.
• Deliver program proposals, campaign updates, post-event summaries, and performance metrics to leadership.
• Handle all logistics related to events, such as venue selection, contracts, catering, shipping, audiovisual needs, signage, promotional items, and communication with attendees.
• Work in conjunction with Sales, Business Development Representatives (BDRs), and Partner Marketing to enhance event participation and follow-up after events.
• Assess program success through pipeline influence, engagement metrics, return on investment (ROI), and sponsorship performance.
• Maintain the Field Marketing calendar to ensure accurate tracking and communication of events, sponsorships, campaigns, and deadlines.
• Assist in national marketing efforts by coordinating logistics, managing sponsorship deliverables, and handling partner communications.
• Oversee marketing budgets, vendor invoices, and expense tracking.
• Create executive presentations, reporting dashboards, and program summaries using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Prepare internal documents such as event briefs, strategy papers, and post-event evaluations.
• Offer proactive operational support to guarantee flawless execution of programs.
• Collaborate closely with the Partner Marketing team to synchronize sponsorship strategies and optimize Market Development Funds (MDF).
• Organize co-branded marketing efforts, partner events, and joint campaigns across the Central region.
• Manage sponsor deliverables, approvals, branding guidelines, and partner communications.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key technology partners and vendors.
• Work alongside the Digital Marketing team to ensure that event campaigns, landing pages, email communications, graphics, and digital assets meet campaign goals and brand standards.
• Provide strategic guidance for campaign messaging, customer journeys, and event communications.
• Assist with HubSpot campaign execution, including landing pages, forms, and workflows.
• Utilize AI-driven tools like ChatGPT and other emerging technologies to enhance content creation, campaign execution, and operational efficiency.
• Implement marketing programs with meticulous attention to detail from inception to conclusion.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, boost efficiency, and expand regional marketing efforts.
• Ensure robust communication among Marketing, Sales, Partner teams, and external vendors.
• Continuously assess program performance and make improvements based on data and feedback.
• Maintain flexibility to accommodate occasional evening and weekend events as required by business needs.
• Over 5 years of experience in Field Marketing, Event Marketing, Partner Marketing, or B2B Marketing.
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end event planning and regional marketing programs.
• Background in the technology, VAR, IT services, cybersecurity, or channel partner ecosystem is preferred.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in managing marketing budgets and evaluating program ROI.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication capabilities.
• Strong skills in relationship-building with internal teams, customers, and technology partners.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
• Willingness to travel approximately 40–50% within the Central region.
