This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.
• Design and implement comprehensive quarterly marketing strategies that align with pipeline and revenue objectives for the Nordic & Benelux regions.
• Foster full-funnel demand generation targeting priority accounts and key market segments.
• Ensure that marketing initiatives are closely coordinated with regional sales priorities and account strategies.
• Execute a variety of field marketing programs, including executive roundtables, events hosted by Chainguard, industry conferences, webinars, and partner activations.
• Tailor and enhance global campaigns to engage regional audiences, including security leaders, platform engineers, and DevOps teams.
• Utilize digital marketing and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to boost engagement and pipeline impact.
• Collaborate with Sales teams to identify and activate Tier 1 and strategic accounts.
• Develop targeted, multi-touch campaigns that facilitate complex enterprise buying processes.
• Create personalized engagement strategies that expedite opportunities through the sales funnel.
• Serve as a trusted marketing partner to Regional Directors, Sales teams, and Business Development Representatives (BDRs).
• Coordinate on Go-To-Market (GTM) priorities, territory planning, and campaign execution.
• Assist Sales with messaging, programs, and tools that enhance conversion rates and pipeline velocity.
• Partner with cloud, channel, and technology collaborators to co-develop and implement joint campaigns.
• Work closely with Partner Sales to establish scalable Go-To-Market partnership opportunities in the Nordics & Benelux region.
• Expand regional reach through strategic alliances and ecosystem engagement.
• Support pan-EMEA campaigns, events, and strategic initiatives.
• Provide regional insights and market feedback to refine messaging, positioning, and campaign efficacy across EMEA.
• Monitor and analyze pipeline contribution, engagement, and ROI metrics.
• Leverage performance insights to consistently optimize programs and investment decisions.
• Develop scalable processes and frameworks to facilitate regional growth.
• Over 5 years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or regional marketing within the B2B technology sector (preferably in security, cloud, or developer tools).
• Proven track record in developing and executing regional marketing programs in the Nordic and/or Benelux markets.
• Strong collaborative skills with Sales, Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Partnerships, and cross-functional teams to achieve measurable pipeline results.
• Knowledge of the cloud-native, DevSecOps, or software supply chain security landscape is highly desirable.
• Data-driven approach with experience in utilizing marketing metrics, attribution, and insights to inform strategy and optimization.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of influencing at various organizational levels.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20–25% within the region for events, partner engagement, and team collaboration.
