
Field Marketing Manager – Medical Devices

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Implement marketing and strategic plans at the cluster level.
• Work closely with the cluster leader to achieve key business objectives.
• Coordinate and assist with new product launches throughout the cluster.
• Plan and execute campaigns and events to enhance technology adoption.
• Establish and nurture relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and industry organizations.
• Organize events led by third parties and ASPs, including training sessions.
• Create and execute localized tactical marketing programs and campaigns to bolster the sales pipeline and drive revenue growth.
• Design, implement, and evaluate Voice of Customer (VoC) initiatives.
• Assist with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
• Develop and implement project plans for events and tradeshows, covering objectives, budget management, logistics, demand-generation strategies, marketing campaigns, and on-site roles and responsibilities.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position within the healthcare sector, including a minimum of 2 years in Medical Devices.
• Preferred experience with digital marketing campaigns.
• Demonstrated experience in planning and coordinating corporate events and/or tradeshows.
• Ability to independently manage complex projects with minimal oversight.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized, possessing strong logistical capabilities.
• Experience in creating and localizing marketing materials to address cluster-specific requirements.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong capability in budget management, including planning, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with forecasts.
• Experience with the creation and maintenance of marketing materials.
• Development of communications and newsletters.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken; fluency in German is strongly preferred, and French is a plus.
• Strong familiarity with the Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Notes).
• This is a remote position, with preference for candidates residing near a major international airport.
• Travel requirement: approximately 20–30%.
