This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Serve as the main marketing liaison for the UK and Southern Europe sales teams, maintaining consistent communication to align on priorities, share updates, and collect feedback.
• Create regional marketing strategies in partnership with Sales and the Marketing Director, balancing regional needs, budget constraints, and available marketing resources.
• Offer guidance to Sales and SDR teams on effectively utilizing marketing programs, campaigns, events, and content to support pipeline and account engagement goals.
• Implement regional marketing initiatives in collaboration with Sales, ensuring that activities align with established business priorities, pipeline targets, and customer engagement objectives.
• Work with global and regional marketing teams to ensure that UK and Southern Europe priorities are integrated into larger campaigns and initiatives.
• Plan and execute field marketing efforts, including third-party events, customer gatherings, executive programs, webinars, digital campaigns, and email marketing, coordinating with agencies and internal teams as needed.
• Assist strategic account initiatives by aligning marketing efforts with account priorities and regional sales goals.
• Collaborate closely with SDR teams to facilitate event follow-ups, campaign execution, and strategic account engagement initiatives.
• Tailor global campaigns, programs, and content for regional audiences to enhance local relevance and effectiveness.
• Oversee regional PR, influencer, and community engagement efforts to boost awareness and support regional marketing objectives.
• Identify and cultivate customer advocacy opportunities, including customer stories, references, speaking engagements, and event participation.
• Lead the planning and logistics for regional trade shows and events, working with internal stakeholders, agencies, venues, and third-party organizers.
• Track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations to improve future results and maximize return on investment.
• Manage regional marketing budgets, ensuring that activities are executed effectively and in accordance with agreed-upon objectives.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in field marketing or a related B2B field, preferably within SaaS or data analytics.
• Demonstrated success in creating and executing regional, multi-channel marketing plans within budgetary constraints.
• Proficient with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems for campaign execution, lead tracking, and performance evaluation.
• Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple deadlines and stakeholders independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French; proficiency in additional European languages such as Spanish or Italian is advantageous.
• Experience in creating short-form content (e.g., emails, web copy, blog posts) and practical knowledge of digital channels including social media and email.
• Comfortable utilizing a variety of MarTech tools to facilitate campaign delivery and reporting.
• This position requires approximately 30% travel within the assigned region, including participation at industry events, customer meetings, partner engagements, and internal sales activities.
