This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and manage Myriad360’s field marketing initiatives throughout the Eastern region.
• Create and implement strategies aimed at enhancing market penetration, strengthening partnerships, and boosting brand visibility.
• Take ownership of East-region programs while also supporting select national efforts.
• Organize, manage, and execute client-facing events and conference sponsorships.
• Ensure alignment of programs with company goals as well as regional growth and revenue targets.
• Develop and implement initiatives that promote engagement and enhance interaction with clients and partners.
• Present program plans, updates, and post-event summaries, including metrics and recommendations.
• Handle event logistics, such as venue selection, contracts, shipping, catering, AV, signage, promotional items, and communications.
• Collaborate with Sales, Partner Marketing, and BDRs regarding outreach, attendance, and follow-up after events.
• Monitor and analyze event metrics, pipeline influence, and sponsorship return on investment (ROI).
• Maintain the Field Marketing calendar and assist with national marketing initiatives.
• Manage budgets, vendor invoicing, sponsorship deliverables, partner coordination, and ROI reporting.
• Create reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Prepare event briefs, post-event summaries, and strategic statements.
• Work together on partner-driven marketing initiatives, co-branded events, and joint activations.
• Oversee event-related materials, including landing pages, templates, graphics, and email communications.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing on HubSpot landing pages, forms, and workflows.
• Utilize ChatGPT and other AI-driven tools for content ideation, message refinement, and efficiency in processes.
• Identify improvements in workflow and act as a liaison between Marketing, Sales, and external partners.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Field, Event, or Partner Marketing.
• Demonstrated success in managing comprehensive event logistics and regional marketing programs.
• Proficient in Excel for reporting, budget management, and attendee tracking.
• Skilled in PowerPoint for creating presentations and recaps.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Trello, ChatGPT, and event management platforms is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of event logistics, budget oversight, and ROI measurement.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with changing priorities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and partners.
• Willingness to travel up to 40-50% within the Eastern region.
• Must be located in the United States.
