This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Take charge of the strategy and comprehensive execution of Deel's field marketing initiatives in the DACH & Benelux regions, encompassing regional trade shows, industry conferences, executive dinners, sales acceleration events, and webinars.
• Treat each event and webinar as a fully integrated campaign by identifying target audiences, coordinating pre-event demand generation, managing live execution, and facilitating structured post-event follow-up and nurturing.
• Collaborate with the regional lead, product marketing, content, and creative teams to develop localized messaging and assets, ensuring they are relevant to the region and consistent with the brand.
• Work in partnership with SDR and Sales leadership to optimize lead conversion and ensure strong alignment between event activities and pipeline results.
• Oversee all operational elements of the program, including vendor relationships, budget management, logistics, and onsite execution.
• Coordinate with the Partner Events Manager on co-marketing initiatives and partner-sponsored events.
• Establish and take ownership of KPIs for all regional programs, focusing on pipeline contribution, engagement quality, and return on investment.
• Leverage performance data and sales input to continually enhance the regional event and webinar strategy, selection of formats, and overall campaign approach.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in field marketing, with extensive expertise in managing events and webinars in a B2B SaaS or enterprise technology setting.
• Proven capability to execute events and webinars as integrated marketing campaigns—covering not only logistics but also full-funnel programs with measurable outcomes.
• Solid understanding of demand generation principles and the connection between field marketing activities, pipeline, and revenue generation.
• Analytical mindset: proficient in defining success metrics, constructing reports, and translating data into strategic insights.
• Demonstrated ability to work across functions and influence stakeholders in Sales, SDR, Partnerships, and global Marketing teams.
• Exceptional project management skills, capable of managing multiple programs concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, Looker, and Swoogo.
• Fluent in Dutch and possess a professional level of English.
• Willingness to travel within the region for event execution (30–40%).
