This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Collaborate with the sales leadership of Customer Growth NAM to create event strategies that align with quarterly sales pipeline and revenue objectives for new business.
β’ Work alongside cross-functional teams (Community Experience, CVM, Integrated Campaigns, Product & Solution Marketing, ABM, Event and Brand) to guarantee consistent messaging and impactful touchpoints throughout field events.
β’ Engage with targeted accounts to identify cross-sell opportunities among Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT stakeholders, crafting a strategic, data-driven method for account penetration and pipeline acceleration in partnership with Customer Growth sales leaders.
β’ Utilize marketing operations tools to independently implement and oversee multi-channel campaigns, ensuring timely execution and seamless lead follow-up.
β’ Apply 6Sense intent and engagement data along with best practices to enhance programs, deliver insights, and manage regional events, while promoting sales needs and driving engagement with target accounts.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of experience in Enterprise B2B marketing, specializing in field marketing strategy, execution, and evaluation.
β’ Proven success in organizing regional and national field events while measuring their impact on pipeline and revenue.
β’ Familiarity with tools such as 6sense, Folloze, Marketo, Salesforce, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Tableau, and other campaign orchestration platforms.
β’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage reporting, transforming complex data into clear insights and actionable next steps.
β’ Strategic and outcome-focused mindset, adept at planning and executing high-impact marketing initiatives across field events.
β’ Excellent project management and creative problem-solving abilities, with a collaborative approach to working with diverse teams.
β’ Experience in partnering directly with sales leadership and account teams to co-create account plans and expedite pipeline growth.
β’ Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic environment, possessing excellent communication skills and a willingness to travel (20-25%).
