This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take charge of the complete strategy, planning, and execution of corporate, sales, and field marketing events throughout EMEA, including trade shows, regional customer gatherings, executive initiatives, and partner activations—ensuring that each event aligns with business objectives and upholds brand values.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Regional Marketing to facilitate pipeline-driving and demand-generation events, tailoring execution approaches to meet local market requirements.
• Manage all aspects of planning and logistics, including venue selection and contracting, vendor and agency coordination, catering, transportation, A/V requirements, and on-site execution.
• Organize event timelines, making sure all deadlines are adhered to and stakeholders remain informed.
• Oversee event registration and attendance monitoring through event platforms; work with marketing operations to guarantee precise post-event reporting, lead flow, and ROI analysis.
• Supervise event budgets for designated programs, including purchase order creation, approvals, and reconciliation in partnership with Finance and Procurement teams, ensuring compliance with budgetary limits.
• Evaluate qualitative and quantitative event performance metrics, synthesize insights, and propose enhancements or optimizations to guide future regional and global initiatives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to internal partners, providing both a comprehensive perspective and execution expertise to assist teams in making informed choices.
• Work with Sales on event audience strategies, including invitation lists, account prioritization, and follow-up actions.
• Over 5 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or experiential marketing, with a strong emphasis on sales-aligned, pipeline-generating initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Field Marketing, Finance, Procurement, and external vendors or agencies.
• Strong comprehension of both execution-level details and strategic context—capable of focusing on logistics while maintaining awareness of overarching business and marketing objectives.
• Highly organized and adept at managing multiple simultaneous programs with changing priorities.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving, with adaptability to shifting deliverables and requests during projects.
