This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Develop and execute comprehensive field marketing strategies and plans to align with the company's business goals in the Large Enterprise, Enterprise, and Public Sector segments across the LATAM region.
• Work closely with the sales team to identify their needs and create marketing programs that produce high-quality leads and bolster the sales pipeline.
• Design and implement innovative marketing campaigns, including events, webinars, workshops, account-based initiatives, and regional conferences, ensuring they align with the overarching marketing strategy.
• Collaborate with key channel and alliance partners to pursue joint go-to-market opportunities aimed at mutual potential clients.
• Identify and engage with significant industry influencers and associations to foster strong relationships and enhance awareness of Semperis solutions.
• Assist in producing localized marketing materials, such as sales collateral, presentations, case studies, and website content, to support demand generation and thought leadership efforts.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders, and suggest data-driven enhancements.
• Effectively manage the LATAM marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation to maximize return on investment.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities, incorporating these insights into marketing strategies and plans.
• Coordinate with global marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging, branding, and alignment with the company's overall marketing initiatives.
• Proven experience (3-5 years) in enterprise B2B field marketing, preferably within the cybersecurity industry or a related technology field.
• Strong understanding of the LATAM cybersecurity landscape, including key players, industry trends, and customer needs.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, encompassing both events and digital marketing.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to produce compelling content and deliver impactful presentations.
• Experience in managing marketing budgets and assessing campaign performance.
• Strong project management abilities, capable of handling multiple initiatives concurrently while meeting deadlines.
• Creative thinker with the capacity to develop innovative ideas and solutions.
• Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English is essential.
• Self-driven and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Team player, capable of collaborating effectively across various functions and organizational levels.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Wrike, Marketo, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a relevant postgraduate degree is advantageous.
