This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and implement regional field marketing strategies that are in line with pipeline, revenue, and business goals.
• Design and execute comprehensive regional marketing initiatives, including industry conferences, trade shows, executive dinners, roundtables, channel marketing activities, sponsorships, and customer engagement programs.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Channel, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure alignment on regional priorities and to maximize business impact.
• Manage the regional marketing budget, including forecasting, vendor management, and performance tracking to ensure effective investment and measurable ROI.
• Create and implement regional marketing plans while maintaining operational excellence in planning, logistics, timelines, and stakeholder management.
• Assess and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, ROI, and critical business metrics, continuously optimizing programs based on data and insights.
• Oversee relationships with external vendors, agencies, event organizers, and strategic partners to ensure successful execution of programs. Stay updated on regional market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to continually enhance the regional marketing strategy.
• 4–7 years of experience in B2B field marketing, ideally within cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise technology sectors.
• Demonstrated experience in managing regional marketing programs, including industry conferences, executive events, customer engagement, and channel marketing initiatives.
• Strong collaboration with Sales and the capacity to align marketing programs with pipeline and business objectives.
• Experience in managing marketing budgets, forecasts, and vendor relationships effectively.
• Solid analytical skills with a background in measuring campaign performance, pipeline contribution, ROI, and overall marketing effectiveness.
• Exceptional project management and stakeholder management abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills across cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
• Candidates are preferred to be located in the Central or Eastern regions of the United States to facilitate collaboration with our EMEA team.
