Field Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee field marketing initiatives to boost business growth in Central Europe.

• Work closely with EMEA Sales and regional sales teams.

• Organize and manage tradeshows and conferences throughout Central Europe.

• Create and submit event and field marketing content for social media platforms.

• Oversee local marketing budgets and ensure compliance with processes.

• Support OPSWAT sales teams with region-specific marketing activities, including webinars and the development of marketing materials.

• Manage lead generation and follow-up reporting for all activities.

• Plan and coordinate regular partner webinars and assist in organizing partner summits.

• Provide planning and program management assistance for collaborative marketing investments and initiatives.

• Review marketing plans and provide feedback, aiding partners in executing their strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B technology field marketing.

• Proven experience in setting up and managing webinars and in-person events.

• Expertise in executing outbound email marketing and social media campaigns.

• Experience in developing marketing plans with channel partners and managing an MDF program.

• Strong time management skills and ability to work independently with remote teams.

• Self-motivated, intellectually curious, and possess a winning attitude; proud of exceeding sales goals.

• Passionate about continuously evaluating the success of marketing initiatives, engaging proactively with partners and stakeholders, and implementing innovative ideas to enhance performance.

• Willingness to travel across EMEA as needed.

• Exceptional speaking, writing, analytical, and presentation abilities.

• Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

• Native or fluent German speaker residing in Germany.
