Field Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and implement field marketing strategies to achieve our global marketing and revenue goals.

• Efficiently oversee event schedules, budgets, and logistics with a focus on communication and attention to detail.

• Handle all logistics for tradeshows, corporate events, webinars, partner engagements, and more.

• Organize speaking opportunities at relevant events by coordinating with our internal Speakers Bureau for topics and presenters.

• Assess and analyze the effectiveness of field marketing events, including awareness, lead generation, and sales results.

• Collaborate closely with product marketing, sales leadership, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging, branding, and positioning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in a Field Marketing position within a software company.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, business, or a related discipline.

• Outstanding project management abilities, capable of coordinating numerous details under tight deadlines with competing priorities.

• Proven success in delivering complex and highly detailed marketing projects punctually and within budget.

• A proactive individual who can propose innovative methods to enhance our brand visibility through field marketing initiatives.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
