This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Lead a Field Marketing Team to implement samplings, events, demonstrations, and retail merchandising.
• Create local strategic plans to engage consumers through effective planning, scheduling, and execution at the field level.
• Support our beverage distribution partners and sales teams by enhancing brand visibility in the market.
• Encourage consumer purchases and execute local market strategies.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and guide a Field Marketing team within your designated market.
• Oversee daily operational responsibilities.
• Stay informed about key market trends within the local community.
• Identify opportunities and suggest strategic initiatives to the regional marketing manager.
• Serve as a spokesperson and product expert, engaging with and educating consumers during scheduled sampling events.
• Manage all on-site activations effectively.
• Act as a cross-functional liaison for in-market activations.
• Occasionally participate in Sales Meetings.
• Ensure accurate reporting in our CRM tool (currently Repsly).
• Manage and operate company vehicles responsibly.
• Oversee inventory of marketing materials.
• Track team accruals as well as manage personal corporate credit card budgeting.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Field Marketing is preferred.
• Proven experience in team management.
• Must be available to work on various days and hours, including potential nights and weekends.
• Must be capable of operating a motor vehicle and be insurable under the company's policy.
• A strong understanding of our brand is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.

• Strong initiative, organizational, and adaptability skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated success in managing logistical details, including best practices, customer and employee needs, and both short and long-term strategic plans.
• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and a driving record that complies with Nutrabolt’s MVR policy guidelines.
• Ability to lift 50lbs or more and meet the physical demands of the position.
