This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Formulating local strategic initiatives to effectively engage consumers through planning, scheduling, and field-level execution, fostering a genuine connection with the C4 brand.
• Assisting our beverage distribution partners and sales teams by generating brand visibility in the market, encouraging consumer purchases, and implementing local market strategies.
• Recruiting, training, supervising, and guiding a Field Marketing team within your designated market.
• Managing daily operational responsibilities.
• Analyzing key market trends within the local community.
• Identifying opportunities and suggesting strategic initiatives to the regional marketing manager.
• Serving as a brand ambassador and product authority, engaging with and educating consumers during scheduled sampling events and opportunities.
• Overseeing all on-site activations.
• Acting as a cross-functional liaison for in-market activations.
• Occasionally attending Sales Meetings.
• Ensuring accurate reporting using our CRM tool (currently Repsly).
• Managing and operating company vehicles.
• Overseeing the inventory of marketing materials.
• Tracking team accruals and personal corporate credit card budgets.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Field Marketing is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in team management.
• Availability to work varied days and hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
• Capability to operate a motor vehicle and remain insurable under our company policy.
• Strong understanding of our brand identity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while adhering to tight deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong initiative, organizational skills, and adaptability.
• Exceptional organizational abilities.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven success in executing logistical details, including best practices, customer and employee needs, and both short and long-term strategic plans.
• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and a driving record that aligns with Nutrabolt’s MVR policy guidelines.
• Ability to lift 50lbs or more and meet the physical demands of the position.
