This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Take full ownership of the enterprise events calendar, overseeing everything from selection and logistics to on-site execution and follow-up after events.
• Directly manage the events budget, making informed trade-offs among owned activations, sponsorships, and field presence.
• Collaborate with Sales, Partner, and SDR teams to ensure alignment of event strategy with pipeline priorities and target accounts.
• Work alongside Demand Gen to create pre- and post-event programs that convert attendance into qualified leads.
• Monitor and report on event performance metrics, including brand impact, lead generation, and pipeline attribution.
• Represent n8n at key industry conferences while establishing relationships with event organizers and partners.
• 2–4 years of experience in event marketing within the B2B tech or SaaS sectors.
• Proven experience managing events from inception to completion, not just providing support.
• Comfortable with budget management and skilled at making investment decisions.
• Strong collaborator who can effectively work with Sales while maintaining focus on marketing objectives.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring that logistics are managed efficiently and deadlines are met.
• Willingness to travel for key events throughout the year in both the USA and across EMEA.
