This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Take charge of the strategy, planning, and implementation of LogicGate’s U.S. field marketing initiatives — collaborating with Marketing and Sales leadership to meet pipeline and revenue objectives.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of U.S. field events — from strategic planning and logistics to on-site execution and post-event evaluation.
• Interact with the LogicGate/GRC community through impactful social media campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn and Reddit.
• Monitor, assess, analyze, and report on field marketing performance — focusing on pipeline contribution, event ROI, and account engagement.
• Build and sustain strong working relationships with sales leadership.
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure that event messaging, presentations, and materials align with brand standards.
• Manage program budgets comprehensively — including forecasting, tracking expenditures, and consistently delivering programs within budget while maintaining quality.
• A minimum of 5 years of field marketing experience with direct responsibility for programs, campaigns, and events; B2B experience is highly preferred.
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• A demonstrated history of executing programs that yield measurable pipeline and executive engagement, including sponsorships, executive dinners, roadshows, and partner events.
• Possess genuine fluency with enterprise customers, especially in engaging marketing leaders and agency decision-makers.
• Proficient in using Salesforce (for tracking leads, opportunities, and pipeline) and marketing automation platforms (such as Pardot or similar).
• Familiarity with event management platforms (e.g., Swoogo, Bizzabo, Eventbrite).
• Highly autonomous yet a natural collaborator — adept at cross-functional teamwork while empowered to make swift decisions.
• Confident in utilizing AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance daily operations.
• Exceptional project management abilities and a passion for creating lasting solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with Sales leadership and senior executives.
• Willingness and genuine enthusiasm for travel (up to 25–40% based on the event calendar).
