This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and implement field marketing initiatives throughout North America, which include executive dinners, roundtables, regional events, customer meetups, webinars, workshops, roadshows, and virtual experiences.
• Create account-based marketing strategies that align with key enterprise accounts, expansion opportunities, and priority regions.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to pinpoint target accounts, compile invite lists, and develop programs that fast-track active opportunities.
• Work in close partnership with Customer Success to orchestrate customer marketing events that foster expansion, advocacy, and executive involvement.
• Organize and manage partner marketing efforts with cloud providers, technology partners, GSIs, and regional collaborators.
• Develop comprehensive campaigns for each field program, encompassing pre-event outreach, digital promotion, follow-up, and nurturing activities.
• Oversee the regional field marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with product launches, sales objectives, and partner initiatives.
• Evaluate pipeline sourced, pipeline influenced, opportunity acceleration, customer engagement, and overall program ROI.
• Coordinate event vendors, sponsorships, budgets, logistics, and execution from initial concept through follow-up.
• Create repeatable playbooks that facilitate the scaling of successful field programs across various regions and audiences.
• Minimum of 5 years in B2B SaaS field marketing, ABM, or event marketing roles.
• Demonstrated success in generating measurable pipeline through field initiatives.
• Solid experience working closely with enterprise sales teams.
• Proven track record in creating account-based marketing campaigns.
• Background in planning executive-level customer events.
• Experience collaborating with technology partners or channel organizations.
• Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
• Proficient in measuring attribution, pipeline influence, and program ROI.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
