This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Jensen Hughes services, clientele, positioning, and regional distinctions across various business units and locations.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, regional operations, service line, and business development leaders to identify and prioritize marketing requirements.
• Convert regional and service line objectives and strategies into actionable plans.
• Work alongside field marketers on cross-regional and cross-service-line initiatives.
• Develop, facilitate, and implement marketing tactics at both the regional and service level, while supporting larger campaigns.
• Produce marketing communications, thought leadership initiatives, blogs, webinars, podcasts, case studies, whitepapers, social media content, emails, speaking opportunities, and event/conference support.
• Partner with graphic designers, digital marketing managers, and internal communications colleagues to create marketing materials and tools.
• Contribute to the formulation and execution of the annual marketing plan.
• Assist in business development through the creation of marketing materials, achievement repositories, thought leadership, and project profiles, ensuring brand standards are upheld.
• Utilize data analytics, conversion metrics, and ROI reporting to enhance marketing strategies.
• Employ internal workflow tools to manage and report on workload.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) from a recognized four-year college or university in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• A combination of education and experience equivalent to the above qualifications.
• 3–5 years or more of experience in B2B marketing or business development within AEC or related industries.
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing, campaign management, and support for conferences/trade shows.
• Previous experience in AEC or a similar professional services firm is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse professional teams and establish credibility in a networking environment.
• Capacity to devise innovative marketing strategy concepts.
• Exceptional attention to detail, quality control, copywriting, grammar, and proofreading capabilities.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, coupled with strategic and systemic thinking.
• Articulate with analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to prioritize a significant workload, adhere to tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Solid understanding of brand elements and guidelines.
• Experience in creating and managing business social media content, including posts on LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Copilot; LinkedIn; and MS Teams.
• Familiarity with Adobe InDesign, Adobe Express, email marketing platforms, digital asset management tools, and Brandfolder is a plus.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices is advantageous.
• Experience in technical writing, marketing copywriting, copy editing, and public relations is a plus.
