This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Contribute insights to quarterly field marketing strategies and prioritization, leveraging firsthand knowledge of the most engaged accounts, events, and regions; implement the resulting initiatives from planning through to execution.
• Organize, manage, and participate in trade shows and conferences, including staffing the booth, scheduling meetings with key prospects and accounts, and setting up lead capture systems to ensure engagement leads to actionable follow-up.
• Carry out localized activations such as direct mail and gifting targeted at ABM accounts, personal event interactions, and placements adjacent to conferences aimed at enhancing visibility around the industry's premier events.
• Oversee event logistics comprehensively, including timelines, deliverables, and on-site setup and teardown, ensuring that every activation proceeds smoothly from the initial planning phase to breakdown.
• Procure and manage event swag, signage, and collateral inventory, ensuring that materials are on-brand and adequately stocked prior to significant events.
• Handle event budget tracking and vendor invoicing within approved expenditure, maintaining a detailed record of field investment allocations.
• Coordinate logistics for speakers and sessions at conferences, including abstract submissions for speaking opportunities and scheduling coordination with both internal subject matter experts and external event organizers.
• Tailor corporate campaigns and content for field applicability, ensuring that company messaging resonates with specific audiences and personas engaged on-site.
• Enter event leads into the CRM and work with sales to ensure timely follow-up.
• Conduct internal post-event follow-ups, including debriefs with sales to assess lead quality, thereby refining targeting and event selection for the future.
• Monitor and report on the pipeline linked to field programs, sharing outcomes with the Marketing Lead and sales team to sustain joint visibility into the contributions of field marketing.
• Provide field intelligence and suggestions, including identifying content gaps, competitive insights, and customer feedback collected on the ground, to assist in refining future program investments.
• A minimum of 3 years experience in field marketing or event marketing.
• Proven experience in executing marketing programs, including managing event logistics.
• Ability to thrive in a small, agile team without extensive structure.
• Excellent organizational and vendor management abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Strong communication skills and comfort in direct collaboration with sales teams.
• Willingness to travel (typically 20–30%).
• Ability to execute against a budget and strategy while providing valuable input.
• Preferred Experience: Background in aerospace, defense, or industrial technology.
