This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Assists the Marketing Team in implementing essential strategies that enhance profitable topline sales for restaurants and foster brand relevance within the market.
• Oversees all media plans for both System (Corporate and Franchise) and manages Local Marketing Budgets to achieve targeted Same Store Sales (SSS) objectives, with a strong focus on profitability.
• Collaborates closely with the media agency to set clear guidelines, timelines, and creative variations needed for both Corporate and Franchise media initiatives.
• Acts as the primary marketing contact for all Corporate and Franchise Operators.
• Efficiently manages creative requests, ideas, and feedback, while ensuring excellent field relations and support.
• Serves as the main point of contact for marketing vendors, including but not limited to POP and Media Agencies.
• Represents marketing in cross-functional Project Teams, aiding in the execution of all tests, special projects, and promotional launches.
• Responsible for keeping ship lists, store location lists, and reviews management tools current and up-to-date.
• Supports the Digital Team with CRM platforms, encompassing websites, SMS, e-clubs, and app-based loyalty programs.
• Assists with Administrative Duties such as managing budgets, preparing agendas, taking notes, tracking action items for meetings, and submitting requests through a project management platform.
• Keeps track of project status and associated activities via a project management platform.
• Directs New Restaurant Marketing Plans and provides assistance with all marketing-related functions related to openings.
• Manages Local Restaurant Marketing plans and the accompanying support materials.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in franchise restaurant marketing.
• Exceptional project management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently and work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Asana, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Knowledge of the Franchise Business is an advantage.
