This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary resource for Loan Officers seeking assistance with marketing, resolving issues, providing guidance, and promoting the use of marketing platforms and strategies.
• Train and assist Loan Officers in utilizing marketing tools and systems (including but not limited to: Mortgage Coach, MMI, CRM, review automation tools, email automation, social media platforms, video messaging tools).
• Ensure consistent marketing at scale by upholding a unified field strategy; creating scalable assets, and offering training to reduce regional disparities while equipping Loan Officers with compliant, high-impact marketing tools.
• Develop and oversee nurture campaigns and marketing materials to aid Loan Officers in cultivating relationships with key referral partners, including but not limited to: Realtors, Financial Advisors, and Builders.
• Work alongside individual originators to customize marketing strategies that align with their market, partner network, and production objectives.
• Serve as a strategic bridge between production teams and the marketing department, guaranteeing the delivery of relevant, high-performing materials by incorporating on-the-ground feedback into campaign planning and sales enablement initiatives.
• Create and manage Field Marketing roadmaps and project plans, converting strategic initiatives into actionable timelines, milestones, and workflows for the field marketing team and cross-functional partners.
• Regularly connect with branches and regional sales leaders to ensure marketing alignment, collect insights, and proactively discover marketing opportunities.
• Track marketing tool usage, adoption rates, and campaign performance; generate insights to enhance usage and effectiveness.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for field marketing initiatives; prepare regular reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Oversee and consistently enhance the Field Marketing Monday.com project management system, refining existing boards, standardizing workflows, and ensuring uniform use to support planning, prioritization, and reporting.
• Act as the manager for Field Marketing Coordinators and/or Project Coordinators, supervising execution, providing professional development, and ensuring alignment with field marketing strategy and service excellence.
• Recruit, train, and manage field marketing personnel as needed; evaluate team performance and offer ongoing coaching.
• Lead marketing efforts with sales teams in the field, including branch visits, presentations, and coordination of a unified strategy.
• Preferred degree in a Marketing-related field.
• A minimum of 3+ years of field experience in the mortgage industry is required.
• Demonstrated ability to lead marketing initiatives in a dynamic, relationship-focused environment.
• Strong knowledge of builder promotions, financing scenarios such as forward commitments, joint ventures (JV), and affiliated business arrangements (ABA).
• Experience and understanding of builder requirements, go-to-market strategies, and customer experiences within the mortgage and new home construction sector.
• Possess an in-depth working knowledge of builder programs, including forward commitments, rate reduction programs, incentive structures, and necessary disclaimers.
• Exceptional communication, project management, and problem-solving abilities.
