This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Implement regional field marketing strategies that are in line with global objectives and North American priorities.
• Organize memorable virtual and in-person events, ranging from platform engineering roundtables to developer meetups and enterprise field programs.
• Assist in lead generation and pipeline objectives through strategic initiatives, effective handoffs, and prompt follow-up.
• Collaborate with global marketing teams to adapt campaign content and messaging for North American audiences.
• Aid in the execution of co-branded campaigns and joint event opportunities with strategic alliances, resellers, and channel partners.
• Work closely with sales on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives for priority accounts, transforming target account lists into meaningful discussions and pipeline growth.
• Organize account-specific materials, communications, and campaign interactions that enhance sales outreach and pipeline development.
• Support pre-event ABM activities, including coordination of target accounts, personalized outreach assistance, and follow-up planning.
• Maintain organization of projects, ensure timelines are adhered to, and minimize chaos throughout regional campaigns and events.
• 4–7 years of experience in field marketing, preferably within B2B technology or companies focused on developers.
• Practical experience in executing regional field marketing programs, including events, partner campaigns, and sales-aligned marketing efforts.
• Proven experience in supporting or managing account-based marketing programs, including target account planning, personalized campaign elements, and sales alignment.
• Strong project management capabilities with the ability to oversee timelines, vendors, details, and cross-functional contributions.
• Experience collaborating closely with sales teams to achieve pipeline objectives and regional goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective stakeholder alignment and information sharing.
• Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously while remaining organized, responsive, and detail-oriented.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or similar platforms.
• Bonus points if you possess: Experience in marketing to developers, platform engineering teams, DevOps teams, or technical buyers.
• Background in enterprise SaaS, cloud infrastructure, open-source, or developer tools.
• Knowledge of marketing automation, CRM, or ABM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, or HockeyStack.
• Experience in supporting partner or channel marketing initiatives.
• Experience in assessing field marketing performance through metrics such as attendance, engagement, influenced pipeline, and sourced pipeline.
