This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Taking full ownership of the comprehensive marketing strategy for the Benelux region, with a strong emphasis on enhancing pipeline and bookings growth.
• Creating and implementing integrated demand generation campaigns across various channels, including digital, content, email, social media, webinars, and events.
• Evaluating Salesforce and marketing performance metrics to gain insights into pipeline health, campaign success, and revenue contributions.
• Managing and optimizing regional marketing budgets to ensure maximum return on investment.
• Establishing robust collaborations with sales teams, BDRs, and regional stakeholders to pinpoint opportunities and mitigate pipeline gaps.
• Overseeing Bullhorn's participation in industry events, trade shows, roundtables, and customer-oriented activities.
• Collaborating closely with creative teams, marketing operations, demand generation, and external agency partners to execute impactful campaigns.
• Developing, localizing, and tailoring marketing content for both Dutch and English-speaking audiences.
• Communicating market insights, campaign results, and recommendations to stakeholders throughout the organization.
• Proven experience in demand generation, field marketing, regional marketing, or a comparable revenue-driven B2B marketing position.
• Demonstrated success in generating pipeline, creating opportunities, and achieving revenue results through marketing initiatives.
• Highly analytical mindset with a passion for using data to inform decisions, uncover opportunities, and enhance performance.
• Proficient in Salesforce, utilizing dashboards, reports, and campaign metrics to inform actions.
• Capable of balancing strategic planning with practical execution.
• Fluent in both Dutch and English, and thrive in collaborative settings with both local and international teams.
