This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.
• Develop quarterly marketing strategies that drive demand and enhance funnel velocity in the designated territory, utilizing insights from the local sales team, sales directors, and channel managers.
• Maintain ongoing engagement with sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and maximize the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
• Research, design, and manage regional and partner events that captivate and engage potential customers, overseeing everything from planning and logistics to post-event follow-up, with an emphasis on content creation and delivery.
• Establish a formal process to gather, share, evaluate, and prioritize insights with the corporate marketing team, aimed at refining messaging, programs, and tactics.
• Partner with leading channel partners to create programs that generate new opportunities within their customer base.
• Assess and negotiate with vendors, including venues and direct mail providers, while actively managing vendor relationships as assigned.
• Oversee and balance the field and partner marketing budgets assigned to you; assess outcomes against objectives and apply insights to drive continuous improvement.
• 5-7 years of demonstrated experience in B2B field or partner marketing.
• Proficiency in utilizing marketing automation tools, project management software, and Salesforce for campaign building and performance tracking.
• Familiarity with the B2B marketplace, channel partner ecosystems, and field marketing methodologies.
• Strong analytical abilities; capable of measuring program effectiveness and deriving actionable insights.
• Proven track record of establishing effective working relationships with sales leaders and team members.
• Comprehensive understanding of the marketing/sales funnel and strategies to meet opportunity targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, English, or Communications.
