This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement field marketing strategies that align with organizational goals and sales objectives, emphasizing programs that effectively drive pipeline growth.
• Oversee the field marketing budget, ensuring maximum return on investment for all initiatives and activities.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to pinpoint significant opportunities and craft targeted marketing campaigns.
• Organize and execute regional marketing initiatives, including tradeshows, conferences, roadshows, and customer workshops, while paying close attention to logistics and details.
• Lead the complete planning and execution of field marketing events — from initial selection and strategy development to on-site management and post-event analysis.
• Take ownership of the full management of field marketing events, covering community events, tradeshows, conferences, and customer gatherings.
• Handle all event logistics, including booth installation, shipping, vendor coordination, and on-site execution to guarantee seamless delivery.
• Assess and report on event return on investment and its influence on pipeline generation.
• Collaborate with executive and C-suite speakers regarding event involvement, managing timelines for abstracts, presentation tracks, and deliverables with diligence and persistence.
• Maintain relationships with marketing agencies and contractors, supervising deliverables to ensure timely and budget-conscious program execution.
• Work in synergy with internal stakeholders and manage external contractors and agencies to implement field marketing programs.
• Partner across functions with sales, product marketing, content marketing, and demand generation to align on program objectives and maximize effectiveness.
• Conduct sales-aligned programs with a commercial perspective, ensuring that events and campaigns are centered on generating meetings and pipeline for the sales team.
• 7-10 years of experience in B2B marketing, including a minimum of 3-5 years specifically in field marketing and events.
• Practical experience in planning and executing tradeshows, conferences, and field events, including logistics management, booth coordination, and shipping.
• Proven ability to collaborate with sales teams, approaching every initiative with a commercial perspective focused on generating meetings and revenue.
• Experience managing external marketing agencies and contractors.
• Exceptional project management and organizational capabilities.
• (Preferred) Experience in data management, governance, or related enterprise software sectors.
• (Preferred) MBA or relevant advanced degree.
• (Preferred) Familiarity with ABM strategies and technologies.
• (Preferred) International marketing experience.
