This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Assist in the execution of EMEA marketing campaigns and events by coordinating delivery schedules, assets, and stakeholders to ensure initiatives stay on track.
• Collaborate with regional and global marketers to guarantee that activities align with the overarching campaign strategy and objectives.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights for sales and marketing updates.
• Oversee and maintain the EMEA activity calendar to ensure visibility of essential programs and milestones.
• Aid in localization efforts and coordinate with the global demand generation team.
• Evaluate past campaign results and regional insights to inform future planning and enhance ongoing programs.
• Enjoy organizing projects and keeping multiple workstreams on track.
• Communicate clearly and succinctly with various stakeholders.
• Have a curiosity about how marketing campaigns are planned, localized, and evaluated across different regions.
• Appreciate balancing structure (processes, timelines) with creativity (messaging, content, experimentation).
• Possess strong attention to detail, ensuring timelines, assets, and reporting are accurate.
• Have excellent presentation skills and can confidently communicate campaign updates and insights to various stakeholders.
• Currently enrolled in a three-year bachelor's degree program and plan to return to the program after the internship, graduating by June 2026.
• Pursuing a degree in Marketing & Communications or a related field.
