Field Marketing & Events Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement a premier events calendar that ranges from intimate executive roundtables to significant international security summits.

• Manage all logistics from start to finish, which includes global vendor management, booth production, and on-site execution.

• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Operations to ensure that every global engagement is documented, monitored, and converted into a quantifiable pipeline.

• Convert event data into actionable business insights, consistently refining our global strategy in response to market trends and performance metrics.

• Utilize AI tools to enhance workflows and deliver personalized experiences for participants.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in field marketing or event management, with a strong grasp of the cybersecurity landscape.

• Prior experience managing a presence at major industry conferences such as RSA or Identiverse.

• A demonstrated history of executing impactful events across various regions (US, EMEA, etc.) and overseeing international vendors.

• You are a proactive individual who also possesses a visionary mindset.

• You recognize that the success of an event is evaluated by the quality of the pipeline it generates, rather than merely the number of attendees.

• You have a keen interest in and are comfortable utilizing AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Jasper, or meeting assistants).

• You can confidently represent Oasis in discussions with CISOs and executives, maintaining clarity and poise.

• Willing to take initiative, demonstrate your impact, and thrive in a rapidly growing startup environment.
