This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Conduct training sessions on the features and advantages of the CRM and marketing communication platforms, including providing technical support.
• Oversee the establishment of social media profiles and ensure compliance approval for Loan Officers.
• Deliver continuous field support through marketing tips, training videos, and daily interactions within Guild’s ticketing system.
• Collect, analyze, and validate user feedback to enhance marketing platforms.
• Develop content for regional, branch, and Loan Officer marketing efforts, which includes, but is not limited to, social media posts, email newsletters, and celebrations for new hires/accomplishments across various platforms.
• Guarantee quality and compliance with brand standards, style guides, and business communication protocols.
• Collaborate on projects with graphic designers and the compliance team as necessary.
• Provide administrative assistance for marketing systems, such as managing drip campaigns and activating features for loan officers.
• Conduct basic compliance reviews and approvals of marketing materials.
• Aid in the coordination of regional events, including industry trade shows, sales rallies, and educational gatherings, as required.
• Undertake additional duties and special projects as assigned.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is required.
• 1-3 years of recent experience in marketing roles is necessary.
• Previous experience in the real estate or mortgage industry is preferred.
• Proven understanding of email marketing and social media best practices.
• Demonstrated customer service experience is essential.
• Proficiency in data entry, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a team setting.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills are mandatory.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities concurrently.
