This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Strategize, oversee, and implement field marketing events across various markets.
• Coordinate all aspects related to event messaging, materials, promotional items, and lead tracking.
• Work closely with the Marketing Events Coordinator for field events linked to conferences and trade shows, ensuring alignment on guests, themes, giveaways, and more.
• Collaborate with ERPA sales and Workday sales in the planning and execution of co-sponsored field events.
• Strategically plan and execute local and regional independent events hosted by ERPA, in collaboration with the Marketing AVP and sales, aimed at generating new leads for Workday—not associated with any conference or trade show.
• Develop both in-person and virtual event campaigns, which include content creation for registration pages, emails, and social media platforms.
• Conduct research to build a network and identify resources that will assist in recommending event locations and assessing hosting facility capabilities.
• Assist in negotiating venue contracts and securing event spaces, including arranging food and beverages when necessary, as well as ordering supplies, equipment, and signage.
• Help select giveaways and raffle items, ensuring timely ordering and shipment arrangements.
• Prepare, print, and distribute event materials that align with the selected event messaging.
• Promote events prior to, during, and after they take place.
• Provide on-site management support for in-person events as needed.
• Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of events and field marketing programs (including engagement, lead quantity, and quality) to enhance resource allocation, efficiency, and revenue generation.
• Must be willing to travel for events up to six times per year.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in event coordination and management.
• Demonstrated experience in planning field events.
• Familiarity and experience in B2B marketing.
