This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Engage with the 21+ consumer demographic to bring BeatBox to life in your market!
• Cultivate a local network while integrating national strategies and philosophies in the field.
• Convert national programs into effective local activations via product sampling, event partnerships, and on-premise initiatives.
• Recruit, train, and manage a field marketing team of brand representatives to carry out on-premise and off-premise activations, local events, influencer/VIP support, product launches, and various field marketing activities.
• Collaborate with Sales and Trade Marketing teams to bolster activations, merchandising, and sales initiatives in your region.
• Engage in national events alongside other Field Marketing Specialists/Brand Representatives across regional territories.
• Establish relationships with on-premise and off-premise managers, as well as wholesale sales and marketing departments.
• Conduct ride-alongs with distributors to assist with sales support.
• Ensure proper management of storage facilities, infrastructure, product inventory, promotional items, and any additional marketing materials assigned to your region.
• Identify local event opportunities that require sampling activations.
• Recognize Beatbox influencers and partnership opportunities to bolster your local market.
• Create social media content suitable for local campaigns.
• Maintain a strong focus on the home market while co-managing events as needed.
• Build a Brand Engagement Activation Team in home markets, including demos, scheduling, and store visits.
• Oversee national and regional festivals from start to finish, working closely with BeatBox Field Events Managers and utilizing a master festival checklist.
• Schedule weekly 15-minute check-ins with the internal team 8-10 weeks prior to the festival to ensure progress is on track.
• Serve as the on-site manager for festivals (travel required) to ensure end-to-end execution.
• Plan and implement activations while coordinating logistics for personnel and point-of-sale materials.
• Complete festival recaps and arrange post-festival calls to review outcomes with wholesalers, SEM, and RD.
• Provide social and digital training to the Field Marketing Specialist team.
• Minimum of 2 years of field marketing experience in beverage, CPG, clothing, lifestyle, or health and beauty sectors.
• At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or management role focused on achieving shared goals in a brand sampling environment, motivating brand ambassadors toward success.
• Familiarity with wholesalers, particularly prior experience with Dallas distributor Ben E. Keith or surrounding Texas distributors.
• Proven success in developing collaborative projects from concept to execution.
• Strong marketing communication skills with an emphasis on forging strategic partnerships.
• Experience with alcoholic beverages is an advantage!
